EA Sports Introduces New Tech In UFC 3 That Makes Fighters More Lifelike

The release EA SPORTS UFC 3 includes Real

Player Motion (RPM) Tech — new gameplay animation technology that delivers a more realistic, fluid and responsive motion to the video game title.

RPM Tech features more than 5,000 new animations captured that will allow players to move, strike, punch, kick, block and counter with a life-like look and feel with MMA athletes like Conor McGregor, who is on the cover.

“UFC 3 and RPM Tech mark a new generation of gameplay in EA SPORTS games,” EA SPORTS UFC 3 Creative Director Brian Hayes said in a statement. “The new animation technology has allowed us to take a massive leap forward in motion and responsiveness. The result is a complete overhaul to gameplay where every move is more strategic and looks more authentic and beautiful.”
