100-Year-Old California ‘Seashore’ Mansion Asks $13.5 Million

The “Seashore” mansion in Coronado,

California, is one of many built in the area around the turn of the 20th century. It also happens to have one of the most waterfront land of any property in town.
The eight-bedroom, six-bathroom home is on the market for $13.5 million. Located on Ocean Boulevard on the Coronado peninsula on San Diego Bay, it offers more than 7,000 square feet of living space on an approximately 25,000-square-foot lot.
“It’s one of the largest lots in the area,” said agent Carrie O’Brien of Flagship Properties. “And there are amazing ocean views because it has so much ocean frontage.” The house and grounds, which face the Pacific Ocean, were built three feet above the ground level to enhance those views, she added.
