First Rentals Emerge at Zaha Hadid’s Futuristic 520W28 in Manhattan

Meanwhile, Nest Seekers International

brokers Chase Landow and Ryan Serhant are marketing the $15,000 rentals. The units, numbers 17 and 18, were both bought for $5.195 million and both closed on August 11, records show.
Apartment 17 comes with two bedrooms, two-and -a-half bathrooms and spans 1,717 square feet. Apartment 18 also has two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, but is just a pinch smaller at 1,691 square feet.
Nest Seekers International declined to give comment.
The units all share one thing, and that’s the access to the building’s healthy selection of amenities, including New York City’s first private IMAX theater, swimming pool, fitness center and spa.
The priciest listing still available to buy at the Iraqi-British architect’s building, is the 6,853- square-foot, $50 million penthouse.
Curbed first reported the rentals.
In 2004, Hadid became the first woman to receive the Pritzker Architecture Prize. At the time of her death at age 65 in March 2016, many of her building were still under construction, including the Al Wakrah Stadium in Qatar, a venue for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
