International Airport's new face scanning technology is cause for concern.
David Fraser says it's less about the technology itself, and more about what's being done with the information collected.
Fraser says Halifax Stanfield has implemented multiple primary inspection kiosks which are intended to allow people to fill out an e-version of a customs declaration card.
